Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb beef in 2" cubes
2 tbl flour
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 can tomatoes - (16 oz)
2 cup carrots thinly sliced
1/4 cup dark molasses
1/4 cup sherry cooking wine (or beef broth)
1/4 cup raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Place beef in crock pot. Combine flour and seasonings. Sprinkle over the beef. Combine tomatoes, carrots, molasses and wine. Pour over beef. Cover and simmer at LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours.

Add raisins last 30 minutes, keep warm. During last 10 minutes, cook noodles according to package directions. Serve stew over noodles.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
