Instructions: Mix all with hands, divide into 3 rolls; wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from Saran Wrap. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake slowly at 300 degrees for 1 hour. This beef stick keeps a long time and can be frozen. You can also divide into 2 large rolls and cook longer; 3 rolls, is a better snack size.
