Instructions: Cut meat into thin strips and fry in butter and oil until browned.
Remove meat from fat and fry onion. Add stock vinegar seasoning mushrooms meat and brandy. Simmer until meat is tender approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Add cream just before serving and garnish with parsley. Serve with rice and green vegetables. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
