Instructions: Marinate beef for 2 hours with 1/2 of a large bottle of Worcestershire sauce and butter (spread with hand to cover meat). Broil on each side for 15 minutes. Pour the remaining Worcestershire sauce on meat. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
