Instructions: Cut the tenderloins lengthwise part of the way through to butterfly them. Place the lobster meat inside of the cut on the tenderloin. Combine the lemon juice and butter, then drizzle it over the lobster meat. Add some salt if desired. Close the meat around the lobster, securing it with string or skewers at 1" intervals. Grill over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove and let stand covered with foil for 5 minutes before slicing. This dish is very easy and impressive at the same time! I have used Crabmeat in place of the lobster with great results!
