1 lb stew beef cut bite size
2 tbl oil
2 pkt frozen mixed vegetables - (10 oz ea)
1 cup beef broth
1 pkt McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix (1.5 oz)
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown beef in oil. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 1/2 hours.

This recipe yields 2 quarts.
