Instructions: Chop onion finely and mix with ground beef in a large bowl. Season with chili powder and salt (I also add some chopped up garlic - I love the stuff, so I add 4-5 finely chopped cloves). Add the flour and mix into the meat with your hands. Gradually stir in enough water to make it stick together. Knead well on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes. Take egg sized pieces of dough and shape into balls. Roll these out thinly, using flour as needed. Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a small frying pan and fry the breads oine by one until lightly browned on both sides. Drain each on paper towels while cooking the others.
