Instructions: Place the meat cubes in a bowl with the marinade. Turn several times to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
To prepare kebabs, remove the meat from the marinade and on each skewer, alternate the meat cubes and various vegetables and pineapple. Brush liberally with the marinade, then cook about 4 inches from the heat on the grill. Turn and baste frequently until done, about 12 minutes. This recipe yields four 6-inch kebabs.
