Instructions: Julienne the meat and all the vegetables. Fry the meat until browned in a little olive oil. Add the vegetables and stir. Season with chilli powder, garlic and cumin.
Warm the tortillas in the oven, place a small amount of mixture in the centre, top with a spoonful of sour cream. Flap the bottom of the tortilla upwards and fold both sides inwards to form the wrap. Also delicious filled with cheese and guacamole. Email this Recipe:
