1/2 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced
1 tbl Oil
1 x Clove garlic, mashed
1/2 x Onion, sliced thinly
1 cup Chinese peas
----------------- MARINADE ----------------
1 tbl Cornstarch
1/4 cup Oyster sauce
2 tsp Sherry
1 tsp Shoyu
1 tbl Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate beef for 15 minutes or longer. Heat oil in skillet and brown garlic. Stir fry onion and marinated meat. Add peas and heat thoroughly.
