Instructions: Dredge beef with cornstarch, sherry, 1 Tbs soy sauce & ginger. Heat oil & saute beef strips. When beef changes color, remove to a plate & in remaining oil saute bell peppers for 1 minute; add salt. Combine beef, peppers, 1 Tbs soy sauce & sugar. Heat well. Serve on rice.
