Instructions: In a shallow dish combine beer, molasses, onion juice, lemon juice, ketchup and salt. Add chicken, cover, and marinate 3 hours or longer, refrigerated. Grill chicken 5 to 6 inches above medium-hot coals for 35 to 45 minutes or until cooked through. Turn and baste with marinade every 10 to 15 minutes.
