1 x English-cut or chuck roast (about 3 or 4 lbs.)
1 x 15-oz bottle of catsup
A little less than 3/4 lb. of brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all 4 ingredients into a large kettle, add enough water to cover the roast. Simmer on low until meat is very tender, about 3 hours. Keep adding water to cover the roast until it is tender. Take the roast out of the Bar-B-Que sauce and either shred it, or slice it, while the sauce boils down to the right thickness. Then, put the sauce over the roast and you are ready to eat.

Chefs Notes: Use light beer (yuck).
