1/4 lb Butter
2 x Garlic cloves - (2 to 3) minced
12 oz Beer
1 tbl Salt
1 tbl Freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter; saute garlic until translucent. Add beer slowly and mix in salt, pepper, and MSG. Pour hot marinade over bird and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Use to baste barbecuing bird(s) as well.
