16 oz process cheese spread cubed
1/2 tsp chicken-flavored bouillon granules
3 dsh hot sauce
1/4 cup all-purpose flour plus
2 tbl all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine milk and beer in a Dutch oven. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Add cheese spread, bouillon granules, and hot sauce. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.

Combine flour and water, stirring until smooth. Gradually stir flour mixture into cheese mixture; cook over medium-low heat until thickened, stirring constantly (do not boil).

Microwave Directions: Combine milk and beer in a 3-quart casserole. Microwave at HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes. Add cheese spread, bouillon granules, and hot sauce. Stir well with a wire whisk. Microwave at HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring every 2 minutes.

Combine flour and water, stirring until smooth. Gradually stir flour mixture into cheese mixture; microwave at HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring every minute.

This recipe yields 6 one-cup servings.
