celery, finely sliced (I like the stalks in the middle with leaves) |

onion, chopped |

cloves of garlic, minced |
| 2 tbl |
chili powder (or to taste) |
| 1 tbl |
Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tsp |
cumin |
| 4 tbl |
fresh cilantro, chopped or 2 tablespoons, dried |
| 1 tsp |
red pepper flakes, it you want it hot |
| 1 x |
regular can of tomatoes diced (flavored or not) |
| 1 can |
black olives, drained |
Instructions:
Instructions: Throw all of this in a crock pot and cook it on low or high until the chicken is done and tender. Serve over rice
