Instructions: In a 12-inch skillet heat olive oil ove medium heat. Layer potatoes into skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. (If potatoes being to stick, add additional oil to skillet). Stir in green sweet pepper and onion. Cook and stir gently for 5-10 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender. Add beer, broth, and brown sugar. Cook, uncovered, about 3-5 minutes more or until beef has thickened slightly.
