2 cup finely grated medium or sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 x shakes Tabasco
1 lrg clv garlic, pressed
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Put into ceramic crock or glass bowl, cover tightly and refrigerate at least 24 hours to mellow. Allow 15-30 minutes at room temp before serving. Serve as spread for rye crackers or rye party bread. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 2 weeks.
