Instructions: Stir dry ingredients together. Mix oil and beets together and add to dry ingredients. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees until toothpick in center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes. Frost with a simple butter cream or cream cheese frosting.
