1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 x 16 oz. cans diced beets, drained
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
