1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbl Lemon juice
1 tsp Prepared mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: In mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard and sour cream. Blend well together. Add beets. Mix well.
