1 jar roasted red bell peppers - (7 oz) drained
1 can tomato paste - (6 oz)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbl brown sugar
2 tbl olive oil
1 x garlic clove crushed
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Process all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.

This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.

Yield: 1 3/4 cups
