Instructions: Preheat oven to 150 degrees F. EHave thin raw pie crust in 9-inch pie pan. EBeat eggs. EEAnd sugar and beat again. EBeat in the butter, vanilla, water and salt. EStir in ginger. EPour mixture into crust. EBake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes and let sit in oven for another 15 to 20 minutes until "set".
