Instructions: Stir together first 5 ingredients. In a small bowl stir together egg, juice, honey and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until blended but still lumpy. Put 1/4 cup batter onto hot lightly greased griddle or HEAVY skillet. Watch closely.
