2 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 lb pork sausage
8 oz cornbread stuffing mix, package mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 x egg
Instructions:
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice and sugar. bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Cool.

Break sausage into small pieces over stuffing mix in a large bowl and sprinkle with baking powder. dd celery, onion and egg beaten with water.

Toss gently to mix.

Fold in cooled cooked branberries. Spoon mixture into a 2 quart casserole. Cover tightly and bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Remove cover and continue baking for 15 minutes more.
