Instructions: 1. Drain the juice from the blackberries.
2. Swirl the fruit and the yogurt together and chill for at least 30 minutes. 3. Just before serving, whisk the egg whites stiffly and fold them in. 4. Divide between six bowls. NOTES : Nothing could be more simply prepared than this dish. Blackberries have a high fibre content to recommend them, as well as their delicious autumnal flavour.
