8 x	cooked, diced potatoes ( Yukon gold or white )
	Mayonnaise - enough to bind
	salt, pepper, garlic powder
	finely chopped celery
	finely chopped onions
	chopped hard boiled eggs as desired
	small diced white American cheese as desired
	fine chopped red basil to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all together and chill. I told my brother I probably would even try a white cheddar cheese in the recipe next time. The cheese is the special ingredient! Colorful as well as tasty.

Serves 8.
