1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Natural bran
3/4 cup Skim milk powder
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
2 tbl Baking powder
Instructions:
Instructions: In large bowl, stir together all-purpose and whole wheat flours, bran, milk powder, sugar, baking powder and salt until combined.

Transfer to airtight container; store in cool, dry place. Stir well before
using.

2. Loaves can be warped in plastic wrap and stored for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 2 weeks; thaw, still wrapped, at room temperature.
