Instructions: Use cold bowl and beaters and really cold whipped cream. Whip cream till texture is solid but not as solid as butter. Add vanilla and sugar. When well mixed but still creamy, pour into two pie crusts.

Chill for 3 hours and place fruit or chocolate on top before serving.

I got the original recipe from a cookbook. I changed the how to make it part.

This recipe is so great cause you can serve it in 15 minutes from start to finish if you need to. Just make it up and put on topping and serve. The texture will be more mouse like, but the flavor is good. I took it to a church couples group and one lady said, "Lord, if I fall tonight, let it be face first in the cheesecake." Now that is praise !
