Instructions: Combine eggs, sugar and oil and beat well. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to egg mixture. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees. When cool, spread with icing or serve with Cool Whip. Can also eat cake plain or sprinkled with 10X sugar. -ICING:-

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cup 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp . butter, softened
Dash of salt

Cream together.
