Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb ground beef (ground shoulder roast is good)
1 slc bread, broken or chopped finely
1 whl fresh egg
1 sm Vidalia or sweet type onion (white), finely chopped
1/2 x to 1 teaspoon table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tbl ketchup or 2 Tbsp Tomato PASTE
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup sweet milk or Half & Half

4 tbl apple cider vinegar
4 x packed Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Meatloaf: Combine meat loaf ingredients and place in a loaf baking dish.

Smooth out top.

Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and pour over top and sides of meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until done.

* Make a double batch of sauce - 1 for baking, 1 for serving.
