Instructions: Stir the dry ingredients together. Combine egg, milk, and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Turn into greased 9 1/2 X 5 X 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F about an hour. Remove from pan; cool.
NOTE: I usually put in 1 c nuts. Dont over mix because it wont rise, and becomes a hard brick. Its especially good with Cream cheese spread on it. Email this Recipe:
