1/2 lb	lean ground beef cooked, drained and
	rinsed (use HOT water)
1 cup	potato coasley ground and
	cooked (4 med)
1/4 cup	onion coarsely chopped
1/4 cup	fresh parsley
2 tsp	worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup	evaporated skim milk
	salt (optional) and pepper to taste.
1/4 cup	bread crumbs

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Coarsely grind the beef and mix with the next 6 ingredients.

2. Coat a 1 quart casserole with Pam. Pour mixture into dish top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
