Instructions: Preheat oven to 325. Shake flour into bag, place in large pan at least 2" deep. Trim skin from ham, leaving a thin layer of fat.
Score surface on ham in diamond pattern & insert cloves. Place ham in bag. Close bag with nylon tie, cut siz 1/2" slits in top. Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag into thickest part of ham, not touching bone. Bake until thermometer reads 140, 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Let stand in bag 15 minutes. Email this Recipe:
