Instructions: Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips, grated chocolate, and nuts. Add these last and fold into batter. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool 45 minutes in pan. Invert on wire rack and cool completely. Sift powdered sugar on top of cooled cake.
