Instructions: Add all the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed. Add the yeast packet from the bread mix last. Do not use the delay cycle with this bread.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Comments: This is a wonderfully distinctive bread that was the clear winner for the period. The mushrooms and olives give it a memorable texture. We suggest it would go well with either baked chicken or with a soup or stew.
