16 oz canned black beans, drain & rinse
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp basil
1/3 cup picante, medium hot
1 x yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 x red bell pepper, chopped
1 x green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
16 oz canned whole tomatoes, cut up and leave in
juice
1 tbl oil
1 x onion, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion, then add the rest of the ingredients, except for the shrimp.

Cook 10 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 5 more minutes.
