Pour in enough water to cover. Bring to boil Put lid on and let it dae away for a couple of hours When meat is tender, crumble in the gravy salt. Mix in and keep stirring until its thick enough. The way you like it. If its not thick enough, put in a teaspoon of cornflour. I dinnae myself Stick a fork in the meat. If it breaks up, its ready These ingredients make enough to do 2 days I suggest serving it with new potatoes, or mashed. Whatever you fancy. Maybe with some peas or sprouts, as theres carrot already in it. As far as I know, Robertsons Butchers in Gorgie is the only place you can get gravy salt.
