Instructions: Mix together shrimp and celery; set aside. In separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients to make dressing. Pour dressing over shrimp and toss well. Serve chilled on bed of chopped lettuce, garnished with tomato, hard boiled egg and lemon wedges.
