Instructions: Boil the ribs until tender, about 40 to 45 minutes. Drain. Marinate the ribs overnight in a mixture of barbecue sauces, one hot, one plain. Be sure to mix the two thoroughly. When barbecuing, allow the coals to reduce to a slow, steady heat. Do not put meat on rapidly glowing coals. Cook them evenly on each side for 5 to 7 minutes. Then, munch and enjoy.
