Instructions: Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and milk. Beat well. Then add flour, cornmeal, lemon juice and lemon rind. Stir until thoroughly incorporated Pour mixture into pie shell; bake at 350 degrees until done, 35 to 40 minutes.
