Instructions: Open cans of cherries and transfer into a container with a lid so that cherries + juices can be "frozen". Freeze for about 18 hours. Submerge in hot water for 1 to 2 minutes. Open and pour syrup into a food processor bowl. Place fruit on a cutting surface and cut into chunks. Add to bowl and puree until smooth. Add lemon juice and process until blended thoroughly. Cover and freeze until ready to serve, up to 8 hours.
