Instructions: Beat the eggs with the sugar, add all the other ingredients but the flour. Mix in the flour with a wooden spoon to a stiff paste. With floured hands make four sausages and put on two floured trays. Cook at 200C for 40 minutes, remove from the oven and slice thinly.
