2 cup Granita biscuits
1 tbl warm water
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter, stir in finely crushed biscuit crumbs, water and cinnamon and mix to a firm paste.

Press into a spring form pan, refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Use as a substitute for short pastry in cheesecakes and other cold and baked open tarts.

A simple base for cheesecakes and tarts.
