Instructions: Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then add them to skillet. Cook until steaks are nicely browned on the bottom, about 4 minutes. Turn steaks over, top with cheese and cook another 3 to 4 minutes for medium-rare.
