2 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cooking oil
7 x egg yolks, unbeaten
3/4 cup cold water
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift together in a bowl, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in center and add oil, egg yolks, water, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

In another bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff but moist peaks are formed. Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Fold in grated chocolate. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes, then 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove. Frost with chocolate frosting or dust with powdered sugar.
