1 x	cream cheese softened, 3 oz.
1 cup	cheddar cheese shredded
3/4 cup	carrot finely shredded
1 tsp	honey
1/2 cup	pecans finely chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls, and roll in pecans; cover and chill. To serve, place a pretzel into each.

Yield: 2 dozen.
