2 clv garlic peeled and halved
1/4 x semistale french baguette
1 oz unsalted butter
2 tbl broken walnuts
1 tbl sherry vinegar
8 oz mixed salad leaves including chicory rocket sorrel frisee and radicchio
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the two oils and add the garlic cloves.

Cook over a medium heat until the garlic is golden then discard the garlic.

Cut the French bread into bitesized pieces and fry in the oil until golden.

Add the butter and walnuts to the bread and oil and season.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl pour the oil croutons and walnuts over the leaves and toss to combine.

Serve immediately.
