1) cook 8 oz. of dried black beans (mash while hot) 2) mix with beans: 1tea. salt ,1/4 tea pepper, 2 tea. onion powder, 1/2 tea of garlic powder or 1 1/2 tbls. minced garlic, 3/4 cup matzo meal or cracker crumbs, 2 eggs plus 2 whites, 1/2 tea. of Italian seasoning. 3)form into 3/4 inch thick patties. dip in egg white and sprinkle with more matzo meal saute with Pam 4 min each side 4) put salsa and shredded cheese on top and put under broiler to melt cheese. each burger is 200 calories without salsa or cheese Email this Recipe:
