Instructions: Mashed avocado (opt.) AND/OR fat-free sour cream Form patties from turkey and pan-fry or grill; if using veggie burgers patties, prepare according to package directions. Set patty on bottom half of bun. Smear liberally with refried beans and dollop on some salsa.
Sprinkle with onions and just a little reduced-fat cheese (if desired). Coarsely crush chips (if large) and layer on burger. Top with sliced jalapenos if you wish, and smear top of bun with avocado and/or sour cream. Cut in half and eat with plenty of napkins! Email this Recipe:
